Clinical Research Training Forum
About the Series:
Barnett's Clinical Research Training Forum brings together training/learning and development professionals from sponsors, CROs and sites to share approaches to innovative training program design and team development. Throughout our ongoing series, speakers will share case studies and their approaches to developing training programs that encourage critical thinking skills and the development of organizational talent while fostering employee retention. Strategies for learner engagement in various training platforms are also explored in detail, including how to create and deliver virtual training programs with impact. Our end goal for the forum is to connect training professionals from sponsor companies, CROs and clinical research sites and assist in developing a strong networking base, foster resource-sharing, and establish training connections across our industry.
